Oh hello, Hatespark! Don’t we look pretty?

I’ve wanted Hatespark the Tiny ever since I saw his little model come out. The drop rate to get him is sooooo low (0.03% chance, according to Wowhead, though I didn’t think it was quite that low!). I thought about buying him, but the cheapest price I found for him was 55k, which I just couldn’t justify. 

With the end of WoW’s 10th Anniversary coming up, my chances of getting Hatespark were about to become a flat out 0%. So I did the unthinkable, and voluntarily ran the Molten Core LFR again. This is some serious determination. I was incredibly lucky, though. I had a relatively good group, and we only had about 3 or 4 wipes in the whole instance. And more importantly – I won Hatespark!!

Naturally the first thing I did after getting Hatespark was figure out a transmog set that would go well with him.  And well, I think we look good together. 🙂

Head: Crown of Destruction
Shoulders: Coral-Barbed Shoulderpads
Cloak: Phoenix-Wing Cloak
Chest: Battleforge Armor
Shirt: Orange Martial Shirt (the shirt really pulls it all together, I think)
Hands: Blood Knight Gauntlets
Waist: Blood Knight Girdle
Legs: Battleforge Legguards
Boots: Battleforge Boots
Main Hand: Ko’gun, Hammer of the Firelord (normal), and is enchanted with the transmog enchant Illusion: Blood Draining
Shield: Red Dragonscale Protector

It’s mostly the Blood Knight set (with Battleforge pieces used in some places because they were loads cheaper on the AH!)
